What this log does not do
It does not interpret a series of readings, score them, chart a trend, or say whether anything is under control. Those are judgements about a person, and this site does not make judgements about people — a clinician looking at your numbers does.
It will also never connect to a cuff, a watch or a health app. Readings are typed in by hand, and that is deliberate rather than a limitation waiting to be fixed. Why that matters.
